BenchmarkAction Inc. (BAI) was founded in 2004 as a joint venture to web-enable the licensed ProGrid® methodology via software developed by and licensed from MatrixLinks.   Ron McCullough and Rob McLean are co-Presidents of BAI.

KlasTek Ltd.

Formed in 1994, KlasTek Ltd. is Ron McCullough’s personal consulting company.  For over 15 years he has provided strategic consulting services to public and private organizations across Canada focused on creating and extracting value from science, technology and innovation.

Since 1995, MatrixLinks International Inc. has been the corporate vehicle for Rob McLean’s work on strategy and systemic change, intangibles and intellectual capital, performance and value measurement, TVC® development on behalf of the CICA, and related software and web-application development.  Rob McLean is the principal MatrixLinks shareholder and serves as President.

Since 1996, ProGrid  and its network of consultants and partner organizations have helped a wide variety of clients including corporations, government agencies, universities, hospitals, and non-profit foundations. These clients must make complex decisions based on expert knowledge, working within limited time frames and budgets, and guided by organizational goals and values. They must make difficult choices, such as which technologies and products to invest in, which proposals to fund, and how to make sound evaluations based on intangible factors.  The ProGrid companies have developed proprietary methodologies and embedded these in tool sets and software platforms which are unique and are licensed for use only to a small set of highly trained consultants and select organizations.
